New SF Flex Academy in Downtown Accepting Students

We had a visit at our last MiCoCo gathering from San Francisco Flex Academy (SF Flex). It is a public, tuition-free charter school for Bay Area students in grades 9-12. They are accepting applications for this coming school year, which begins August 22, 2011. No inter-district transfer is required to attend SF Flex; the only requirement is that students be California resident. We thought you might be interested in learning more.

SF Flex will be hosting the following informational events in July:

  • Information Session:  Thursday, July 7 at 5:30 PM
  • Enrollment Orientation Session: Monday, July 18 at 5:30 PM
  • School Social: Friday, July 22 at 7:00 PM

Visit the school’s application web page or call Daniela at 949-933-5537 for any questions regarding enrollment. Check out the school’s brochure and informational flier for upcoming events.
