In memory of Eric Quezada

Eric Quesada

Please join us to celebrate the life of our dear friend and compañero, Eric Quezada. The celebration will include testimonials from family members and friends, as well as a number of cultural performances representing the Mission community that Eric lived in and loved for so many years.

When: September 25th from 2pm – 5pm
Where: Horace Mann Middle School

As a tribute to Eric, and to help his daughter Ixchel know who her father was, Lorena is asking that people who knew Eric write a letter to Ixchel about what Eric meant to them. These letters will be collected at the memorial and can also be sent to Lorena via Dolores Street Community Services or by bringing it to the event.

She will then make these into a book that Ixchel can read as she gets older. Please make letters on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, and leave about 1″ on the left margin. It would also be great if you could attach pictures to the letters. Look forward to seeing you all there to grieve the loss and celebrate the life of Eric.
